jp7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 08.
